Sporthorses is home to young and upcoming rider, trainer and handler Adrianne Gabris.
For several years Adrianne has worked aside some of the best trainers and riders in the
Pacific Northwest, including 4 star International Event trainer Anna Collier and
Johnathan Elliot. Adrianne has shown to 3rd Level Dressage, Preliminary Level
Eventing, Level 5 Jumpers, A-circuit Hunters, as well as numerous wins in the USDF
In-Hand series. We have utilized years of show experience to select horses with some
of the most impressive conformation, temperament and movement in the mares and
stallions we use for our breeding program. We are home to Rikissa, 4 year old
Swedish Warmblood mare who was the only horse to earn double Diplomas for both
Jumping and dressage at the 2006 Swedish Warmblood Inspection as a 3 year old.
She free jumped to 4'6" and passed an under saddle evaluation. Amiero, also trained
by Adrianne had earned the same awards and a rare "perfect 10" on Type in 2005. All
of our horses are well cared for and handled extensively from birth.

And below is Amiero, another horse we raised since a youngster, trained
and competed for 2 years before selling. Amiero was the top scoring
Swedish Warmblood in 2005 to earn the Double Diplomas and a 10 on
type as well as being a winning dressage and event horse.
The main part of keeping this farm up and running is our wonderful barn
manager and handyman Martin Cano. He takes care of everything from
daily feed, care, and TLC to the major building of barns and land
management. He came to us about 7 years ago not really knowing
anything about horses. Recently he has admitted to actually loving the
horses and enjoying them tremendously. His knowledge and experience
with handling the horses has evolved into a great horseman. His personal
favorite is our mare Cameo. She would fit in his pocket if she could. He
has made us promise to not sell her ever. Without him we would be lost.
